My name is Marie Fischbach and I am a freelance web content writer.

Who I am in a few words

Originally from Alsace, I studied modern literature at the University of Strasbourg. With my Master's degree in Book and Publishing in hand, I worked as a bookseller after my studies. However, the desire for adventure was too strong, so I flew to New Zealand for a year in 2015. When I came back, I decided to settle down in Berlin, where I am still based today.

It was in Berlin that I discovered my passion for web writing. In 2017, I worked in the customer service department of the start-up foodspring GmbH, where I gained a sharp sense of customer service. In 2018, I joined the foodspring editorial team, where I took care of the French e-magazine, as well as the editorial schedule of the international team for over two and a half years.

In 2021, I started my activity as a freelance writer in parallel, which became my job in 2022. Writing and translating texts on various subjects, such as sports, tourism or education, allows me to immerse myself in different worlds every day and to bring my personal touch.
